Danny Williamson

I entered into a relationship with Jesus Christ on October 23, 1995 at a Billy Graham Crusade. Ever since running to the altar to except Him as Lord and Savior, my life has never been the same! The vision for SEND Ministries began for me in February, 2001. The Lord began to reveal His heart for the nations to me and I decided it was time to answer the call for a lifetime of missionary service.

Shortly after accepting the Lord I joined the US Navy and spent 6 years traveling the world and seeing the great need for “laborers” of the Gospel! I was able to go to various countries in Central and Eastern Asia, and saw how ripe the Harvest for souls really was. It was during that time in the Navy and serving Jesus at Calvary Chapel Vista among High School and college age students, that I saw God’s calling upon my life. I knew that He was calling me to follow Him with reckless abandonment and a life of sacrifice.

The door to answer this call opened in June of 2002 when I was honorably discharged from the Navy. My dear brother Mark Schneider had the same burning passion for souls to be saved and we shared the same heart for nations within the 10/40 Window. We decided to start with India, and see what God had in store. After our 1 month stay in Aug - Sep of 2002, we came to the conclusion to start SEND Ministries so we could Serve and Evangelize Nations in Despair.

The Lord has begun a good work and we simply want to answer His call to raise up missionaries for this 10/40 Window! And how privileged I am to serve Jesus with such an awesome brother as Mark Schneider, and now my beautiful bride Michelle whom I married on May 8th, 2004. To have Michelle at my side as my companion and helpmate in this ministry is more than I could have ever dreamed!

May He be glorified, and may His name be preached to every tribe tongue and nation!

Michelle Williamson

I grew up in a Catholic background and have always known Jesus as Savior of the world, and on October 1, 1995, Christ became my personal Lord and Savior where I asked Him into my heart and gave Him complete control of my life. That was the best decision I have ever made!

Calvary Chapel Golden Springs became my home church where I grew in the Word sitting under the teaching of Raul Ries, and came to know other Christian brothers and sisters that have become my lifetime friends. As I was attending Cal State Fullerton pursuing a career in public relations, my passion to know God and His Word almost consumed me, and God was using this to lead me to a different path: Bible College.

I dropped out of school and enrolled at Calvary Chapel Bible College Murrieta, where God revealed to me the power and depths of His Word. He led me on to the extension campus at CCBC Europe, where studying the bible, awesome fellowship, and enjoying the Austrian Alps became a part of my daily life at “The Castle” in Austria.

During this time, I went on my very first mission trip to Yugoslavia. We explored the city, street evangelized, performed skits, planned Children’s ministry and cleaned the local church building. We fellowshipped with other brothers and sisters in the Lord who spoke and worshipped in a different language, but we understood the Love that was communicated to us. It was after visiting an orphanage that the Lord revealed to me that my life’s calling was to be a missionary-a messenger of the Good News to the ends of the earth.

After graduating Bible College in 1999, some friends and I ventured to start a new work where we planted a church in Pecs, Hungary. I was blessed to serve there for one year, where God gave me the privilege to be a part watching lives being eternally transformed as well as being enriched by the beautiful people of Hungary.

God then called me back to the US for the next three years to encourage the body of Christ in fulfilling the Great Commission, to disciple young girls, and was blessed to be a part of short-term mission trips to New York, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, and Mexico.

After many years of waiting for God to bring my missionary husband, He brought Danny Williamson into my life. I joined him and his outreach team in India where I witnessed his amazing and joyful love for God and for people. Within 10 months of meeting each other we were married on May 8, 2004. God is truly faithful to bring us the desires of our hearts!

We are excited to live an adventurous life for Jesus, and encourage all to live out their dreams for the Lord, and to wait for God’s best!
