The Need of True Worship - S.P.E.A.R. Update
When I was walking through [the Hindu temple] I became very nauseous in disgust of the evil that I was witnessing before my eyes, and the people inside how they were brain washed by the enemy and stuck in darkness. As my head and heart pounded I began to feel the tears begin to flow as I cried out to the Lord for mercy and freedom for each person, "Father they know not what they do".

Hey everyone,
Greetings from India! Time has been flying by here; we have been on the move every week to a new destination. So far our ministry has entailed going out to village areas were we would open air preach and also do house visits. In each city there is a different feel to it and a different approach to ministry. We have been to four different cities each one packed full of different ministry opportunities. Since we are only in one place for one week the pastors have many needs and put us right in the mist of ministry. We have seen hundreds come to faith, but there is such a thick cloud of darkness in each city it is difficult for the new believers to stand upon that rock. We leave each village in the hands of the Lord and the pastors of that area. We had the opportunity to one of the darker places of India "Temple city". In this city idol worship is everywhere as well as the home of one of the main Hindu temples. We were able to go to the temple and do a prayer walk around it, and through the outer courts of the inside. The Lord led me to venture inside what to them is the holy of holies of the temple, but really is the evil of evils. As I sang worship, proclaiming the name of Jesus, I walked through. The Lord has begun to open my eyes to the need and the desperate times that we live in today, and how there is a lack of true worship of the true and living God all across the world. The last city that we just left was my favorite so far. This city in the forest areas, out with the wild elephants and monkeys, there are many that have not even heard the name of Jesus. Having the opportunity to tell a person about Jesus for the first time is an unexplainable joy that overtakes my heart. I often ask the Lord why me in aw of His grace and mercy as I see the power that is in the name of Jesus. How "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" seeing Him work in supernatural ways reminding me that I do serve a God of miracles. As I continue on this great adventure with Jesus right next to me longing just to be an empty vessel used for His glory. I am so blessed to have each one of your prayers, as they are daily needed. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual host of wickedness in the heavenly places". As we wage war against the darkness that the enemy has covered over this nation together, in faith knowing that light dispels all darkness. Thank all of you for your prayers and support!
