Shout Hallelujah! - S.P.E.A.R. Update
"With rain pouring down outside, I began to share of His Holy Spirit wanting to be poured out upon them and fill them afresh, as the lightning struck, I shared with them about the Glory of the Lord and as the heavens thundered, I shared with them about the voice of God that thunders. It was an honor and has been a continual honor to be His mouthpiece. It was so exciting for me because the way the people are here in India, whenever you say, "Hallelujah!" they shout it back!!!"

What a joy it has been to walk in the Lord's footsteps throughout this trip!
To think of the past two weeks that we have spent here in the North brings so much joy to my heart and so much excitement for this last week that we will have here.
As we arrived to Jammu, we had one more train to take in order to get to the city that we would stay in for a week. As we rode the train, the difference that lies here in the North became a reality as I stood by by the open door on the train as we passed by many different homes, in which many of them were tents. For my eyes to behold the lifestyle of the people here in the North, my heart began to ache and I began to cry out to the Lord for the souls of the people here.
Every night as we went out to a different home of believers, my heart was encouraged by the passion that the people have there in Udhampur, Jammu. I was blessed to share the Word with the first home that we went into. What an honor it was to stand in front of a group of believers who were so passionate and excited to worship the King. With rain pouring down outside, I began to share of His Holy Spirit wanting to be poured out upon them and fill them afresh, as the lighting struck, I shared with them about the Glory of the Lord and as the heavens thundered, I shared with them about the voice of God that thunders. It was an honor and has been a continual honor to be His mouthpiece. It was so exciting for me because the way the people are here in India, whenever you say, "Hallelujah!" they shout it back!!!
It was heartbreaking to leave that city because I know the Lord's heart yearns for the people there. I was blessed to experience His tears and His songs for the people there! What a beautiful thing the Lord is doing there in the city of Udhampur.
Last Monday we left for a 10 hour drive to reach where we are currently at which is Srinagar. It has been so awesome to stay here. We have been living in a houseboat on Dal Lake where people live in their houseboats, have stores on the lake….it's like a whole 'nother world on the lake. It is really beautiful, surrounded by mountains that are topped with snow while seeing eagles fly by.
God's creation is breathtaking. It has been a blessing to be here this past week and have times of prayer & intercession and prayer walks and feel what the spiritual climate is of this city and also have times of hearing God's heart for the people here. It is dominately muslim here in Srinagar which is similar to my time in Morocco. How the Lord's heart breaks for the people here. To behold men and women who are devoted to a god who does not listen and to a religion that leaves them hopeless. My heart continues to break as I hear the prayer calls go off 5 times a day and to hear the voices of the men echoing throughout the city crying out to allah when he is not alive to listen. I am once again broken and humbled to be His light in a dark place.
thank you so much for your prayers and for your support….they are NEVER in vain!!!
humbled by His love,
Priscilla
