S.E.N.D. Ministries announces The S.P.E.A.R. Leadership Development Program. The S.P.E.A.R. is an 11 month-program designed to develop men and women to lead Outreach Teams to the nations. We have the privilege of providing further servant-leaders of God with the opportunity to walk in the fullness of their gifts and calling!

The S.P.E.A.R.: Servant Leadership, Perspective, Equipping, Application, & Responsibility “…and publicly commission him with the responsibility of leading the people.” (Numbers 27:19)

DATES: February 5th – December 14th 2007

PLAN OF ACTION:

• Feb 5 - 10 Prep-Week: Teaching, Casting Vision, Heart Preparation, and Orientation for the Leadership Development Program in India
• Feb 11 - April 20 “India Outreach”: Practical application with ministry opportunities including preaching, teaching, & leading; Team Dynamics including organization and team building
• May 1-June 30 Lecture Phase/Outreach Prep: -Teaching by Various Pastors/Missionaries; Promo/Recruiting, Team Building, Fundraising, Local Outreach
• July 9-Dec 10 "5-Month Outreach"
